In addition to the monthly tea dance, co-hosted with the KC Pioneers, there was a marvelous car wash out back behind Missie B’s, run by some beautiful people in their bathing suits, raising money for PROMO.
We took turns dancing the afternoon away on the side of the street; getting the attention, cheers, photos, and smiles of the random passerby. We were also glad to see a couple of pups!
