JoCo Q-Space held the First Annual LGBTQ+ College Fair. The fair was designed to give students and allies the opportunity to learn about area college campuses. By asking questions like those listed below, prospective students will hopefully be able to narrow down their chosen schools to a select few.
Will I be able to be ME on campus? How safe are the dorms? Are they gender neutral? Do they have gender neutral bathrooms? What kinds of LGBTQ+ clubs and activities are there? Does the school include sexual orientation and gender identity in their anti-discrimination policies? Colleges Represented
