Today we celebrate Harvey Milk Day. Milk was the first openly gay politician to be elected to office. In today’s political climate, we must take the time to remember those that paved the way for our future.
We celebrated Milk’s legacy at a few popular places here in Kansas City: Missie B’s, Sidekicks Saloon, and Sidestreet Bar. |
