Sisters gathered to spread some joy among some amazing local artists this Halloween season. They put those reading skills to good use by helping with the spooky costume contests. Adults, couples, kids and even dogs all had the chance to be judged by these fabulous sisters and the lucky winners walked away with spectacular prizes, locally sourced.
